Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) DevOps Engineer

Artech is hiring experienced DevOps Engineers with Alibaba Cloud expertise. You will design and run cloud-native platforms on AliCloud, build Kubernetes environments on ACK, and own the automation and observability around them.

What you would work on

• Designing cloud-native solutions and integration architectures on Alibaba Cloud

• Building and running Kubernetes environments, ideally on ACK

• Implementing CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD

• Automating infrastructure with Terraform or Pulumi

• Setting up monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK or OpenSearch

• Driving cloud cost optimisation, security, scalability and high availability

• Troubleshooting production issues and defining DevOps best practices

What they are looking for

• 6 to 8 years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience

• Alibaba Cloud administration and architecture: ECS, OSS, VPC, SLB/ALB, RAM, ACR, NAS and CloudMonitor

• Kubernetes networking, storage, RBAC and ingress, plus Docker and Helm

• Terraform or Pulumi, and Bash or Python scripting

• Preferred: AWS or GCP experience, and strong stakeholder communication
