DevOps Technical Lead

NextGen IT Labs is hiring a DevOps Technical Lead in Austin for a client in the US real estate space. You will lead the team that runs a Kubernetes platform on AWS, own the GitOps delivery pipeline, and be the senior voice in production support and security decisions.

What you would work on

• Leading a DevOps team and setting standards for infrastructure, pipelines and releases

• Running and scaling workloads on AWS with Kubernetes, Docker and Helm

• Owning CI/CD with CircleCI and GitOps delivery with Argo CD

• Building monitoring and alerting with New Relic

• Automating operations with Python and Bash

• Leading production support, troubleshooting and incident follow-up

• Building DevSecOps practices and cloud security controls into the pipeline

What they are looking for

• 10+ years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering, including technical leadership

• Strong AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and Helm

• CircleCI, Argo CD and GitOps

• New Relic or similar monitoring tools

• Python or Bash scripting and CI/CD automation

• DevSecOps and cloud security experience

• Preferred: Terraform, AI coding tools and US real estate domain experience
