Senior AI and DevOps Engineer

Thinklusive is hiring a Senior AI and DevOps Engineer for a long-term client engagement. The role sits where generative AI meets production engineering: building LLM-backed services in Python on AWS, and running them with proper CI/CD, monitoring and MLOps.

What you would work on

• Building Python services and REST APIs (FastAPI preferred) around LLMs

• Working with OpenAI, Anthropic and AWS Bedrock models, including prompt engineering

• Building RAG pipelines with vector databases and embeddings

• Running workloads on AWS: Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2 and SageMaker

• Setting up CI/CD with GitLab and Docker, and monitoring models in production

• Processing structured and semi-structured data, and modelling it in SQL

What they are looking for

• 6 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Python development and DevOps

• Hands-on generative AI and LLM experience

• Strong AWS cloud skills

• MLOps and model monitoring experience

• CI/CD, Git or GitLab, and Docker

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
