Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes and Linux)

Laiba Technology is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer in Milpitas to design, deploy and run enterprise Kubernetes and Linux infrastructure. This is a hands-on infrastructure role with real hardware underneath it, including storage, high-speed networking and GPUs.

What you would work on

• Designing, deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters with Rancher, RKE and RKE2

• Troubleshooting Linux, networking, storage and hardware issues

• Automating provisioning and operations with Ansible, Terraform, Python and Bash

• Handling Kubernetes networking, storage and cluster upgrades

• Owning cluster security, monitoring and disaster recovery

• Leading root cause analysis with cross-functional teams

What they are looking for

• 10+ years in infrastructure, DevOps or systems engineering

• Kubernetes administration and architecture, ideally with Rancher

• Strong Linux system administration

• Automation with Ansible, Terraform, Python and Bash

• Good to have: Ceph storage, RDMA or InfiniBand networking, NVIDIA GPU and CUDA infrastructure, Prometheus, Grafana, GitOps and Helm

• Preferred certifications: CKA, CKAD, CKS or Linux certifications
