ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Entire Tech Services is looking for a CMDB Architect to lead large ServiceNow CMDB programmes, from data model design to clean-up and governance. You need 10+ years in IT, with at least 7 years on ServiceNow CMDB architecture.

What you would work on

• End-to-end adoption of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

• CI class modelling, service modelling and dependency mapping

• Large CMDB implementations and transformation programmes

• CMDB data clean-up, normalisation and governance frameworks

• CMDB health dashboards and KPIs

What they are looking for

• Deep hands-on knowledge of the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)

• CI identification rules, data source precedence and reconciliation strategy

• Strong understanding of CMDB data quality: completeness, correctness, compliance and duplicate control

• A track record of delivering CMDB programmes at scale
