Staff DevSecOps Engineer, Enterprise Technology

Okta's Enterprise Technology function looks after the company's own business systems, and this staff DevSecOps role in Bengaluru owns security and automated release practice across them. What you would work on - Designing CI/CD frameworks that work consistently across SaaS platforms and web deployments - Wiring static analysis, dynamic scanning, dependency and secrets checks into those pipelines - Standardising secrets management and the vetting of third-party dependencies across platforms - Setting CDN, WAF, rate limiting and bot management policy in front of public endpoints - Managing identity policy, RBAC, OAuth 2.0, JWT and SAML single sign-on, plus API gateway, GraphQL and CORS protection - Running SIEM logging and analytics, leading technical response to security events, and maintaining compliance controls for SOX, SOC 2, GDPR and ISO 27001

What they are looking for - Eight or more years in DevSecOps, site reliability or security engineering - At least three of those in a senior or lead role supporting enterprise applications - A track record securing deployments on Salesforce, AEM, NetSuite or Workday - Deep pipeline experience across GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, Gearset and Copado - Hands on edge security in Cloudflare or equivalent, plus Snyk, SonarQube, GitGuardian, OWASP ZAP and Prisma Cloud or Wiz - Strong Python, Bash or Go, Terraform for infrastructure as code, and a working grasp of REST and GraphQL security

Certifications such as CISSP or CCSP, cloud and container security, and AI assisted DevOps tooling are listed as nice to have.
